Sir Chuma Osuebi is a respected Knight of the Order of St. John International (KSJ). He is the Consultant of the Firm.
He is a lawyer with over a decade of diverse experience in commercial litigation, Project and Real Estate Financing, Corporate Governance and Secretarial Services, Secured Credit Transactions, Infrastructure and Construction Law Practices.
Sir Chuma plays a significant role in directing the practices of the firm, oversight of its affairs and engendering its growth. He is an ardent and Certified Mediator, successfully led multi-million commercial litigations, and advised on complex Real Estate and Infrastructure Financing Transactions.
He is a Fellow, of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators where he also doubles as an Honorary Executive Member of the Institute, Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants, Fellow, Institue of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria and a long-standing Company Secretary of an up-scale design/development firm with a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial developments across Lagos Nigeria.
Sir Chuma has acted for both investor and investee companies in diverse projects and brings his wealth of experience to bear in meeting the objectives of the Firm.
